1. How about your payment term?
We usually do T/T, 30% deposit prepaid and 70% balance paid before delivery. But it is negotiable and depends on actual situation.
2. What is your min. order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity, even for one set of products, we can deliver and consolidate them into a container
3. Can the packaging be customized:
3-1.Neutral packaging can be used;
3-2We can provide customers with packaging design drawings for confirmation based on their requirements.
4. How about your delivery time?
Normally, it takes 25-30 working days to complete production, after receiving your deposit.
5. Are you trading company or factory?
We have our own factory and own a mature and reliable bathtub production line.
6. Can your factory make customized products?
Of course, if you'd like to custom,just freely show us your design and details. We will check price and offer more info to you.
7. Can you arrange shipping to our place?
Yes, we have our own agent and has established long-term cooperation. So we are able to get competitive shipping price and arrange shipping for you.
8. What is your sample policy?
We welcome sample order and we can supply sample order if we have ready parts in stock, but the clients have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost, so freely let us know if you need sample first.
